The Tournus PLH1192R commercial anodized aluminum shelving unit is a standing four-shelf food service rack unit with an anodized aluminum square tubing frame that is compatible with GN 1/1 sized hotel pans and has removable polypropylene shelves supporting a 330 lb/150 kg per shelf capacity and a 1,320 lb/600 kg total capacity when the weight is distributed evenly across all shelves. It comes with four 125 mm plastic swivel casters (two locking, two non-locking) for maneuverability. The polypropylene shelves can be removed from the frame and machine washed at up to 194 degrees F/ 90 degrees C. They hang over the top part of the horizontal shelf bar, providing a labeling tab, which is writeable with a dry erase marker (included), to help manage food stocks. The horizontal shelf bars lock into protruding rivets on the corner posts for secure and bolt-free attachment at eleven possible positions, enabling custom shelf heights. Catering industry standard Gastronorm (GN) 1/1 sized hotel pans fit between the shelf bars, providing integration with typical food service workflow. Corner posts are 30 x 32 mm aluminum square tubing with threaded adjustable levelers for use on uneven surfaces. The aluminum frame is anodized for corrosion resistance. This unit is open on all four sides to facilitate access to shelf contents from any angle.

This shelving unit meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) Standard 2 - Food Equipment requirements for food processing environments, including refrigerators, freezers, and warewashing areas. It is suitable for use, wet or dry, in temperatures from -22 degrees F to +140 degrees F (-30 degrees C to +60 degrees C). The unit measures 69 x 47 x 22 inches/1,750 x 1,192 x 560 mm (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
